We maintain strict security protocols to ensure your information remains confidential:

• Electronic Data: All digital information is stored on a secure, password-protected cloud account. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

• Physical Records: Any non-electronic data (such as handwritten assessment notes or booklets) is stored securely in a locked filing cabinet.

3. Data Retention

We only keep your information for as long as is necessary or legally required:

• Assessment Records: In accordance with best practices for educational records, physical assessment data is retained until the individual assessed reaches the age of 24.

• Enquiry Data: If you do not proceed with an assessment, your enquiry data will be destroyed once it is clear you are no longer seeking our services.

• Client Data: Electronic contact data is deleted once you are no longer a client of Formed Dyslexia Assessment, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
